Welcome to Valore. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Valore mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Valore ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Hotel reviews and ratings reflect the opinions of individual users and do not constitute our endorsement or guarantee of any hotel or service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
